At Pain and Wellness Solutions of the Carolinas, our mission is straightforward: to treat chronic and acute pain (neck pain, back pain, musculoskeletal pain, headaches, neuropathy, etc.) while placing the patient at the center of his or her care. Dr. Manoj Bobby Wunnava brings his expertise in interventional and comprehensive pain management to Pain and Wellness Solutions of the Carolinas (PWSC) in Durham. 

 

Dr. Wunnava is a board certified anesthesiologist with additional fellowship and accreditation in pain management. He completed his residency at Emory University in Atlanta and his fellowship at Rush University in Chicago. Dr. Wunnava was previously the pain medicine fellowship director and Medical Director of the UNC Pain Management Center. 

 

He is committed to treating the complex pain patient and helping individuals live healthy and fulfilling lives. Dr. Wunnava is a graduate of MIT and received his medical degree from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Dr. Wunnava is also a U.S. Air Force veteran. He served overseas in Korea and Guam and domestically in Texas and Ohio. He has been living in Durham with his family for ten years.
